• Greet Customer and discuss type of merchandise they want to purchase. • Assist them choosing phone case, mobile phone accessories. • Answer customer questions about the product • Install and test new software in the mobile. • Quote customer for the repair and parts for their device. • Provide and explain warranty paper to customer. • Take payment on the till and provide reciept to the customer. • Assist Supervisor in closing and generating end of day report on till.
