Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Law office seeking a receptionist with administrative responsibilities. Previous law office experience preferred but willing to train the right person with a professional background.

Preference will be given to those candidates with previous reception and administrative experience or office experience working with the Microsoft Suite.

Candidates must be able to:

  • manage reception desk;
  • greet clients and guests;
  • answer and redirect calls to the appropriate person;
  • coordinate and schedule appointments;
  • maintain the reception area;
  • prepare letters, forms and documents in a professional manner;
  • have good command of grammar and spelling;
  • maintain client records and do necessary filing in a timely and accurate fashion;
  • maintain client confidentiality and exhibit a high degree of professionalism;
  • multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment;
  • work independently.

Part-time hours will be considered.

Salary commensurate with abilities and past work experience.
